Prof. Kacker is teaching at Delhi University and has worked for a number of international agencies like the USAID, World Bank, Inter development Bank, Prudential foundation and many more. An economist from Oxford University, Prof. Kacker has expertise in econometric analysis, survey design, data collection, data analysis, and social sector research in developing countries.
